Slack handles messages — and it's the one honest exception in this recipe: the official reference is archived and the community build needs your own Slack App, so we ship guidance instead of a one-click config. Read the OAuth scopes carefully.

A real workflow: ask the agent in the morning standup, 'Where is LINEAR-412 stuck?' It reads the Linear status, checks whether the linked PR is merged, and summarizes the acceptance criteria from Notion — one conversation, one answer. In the afternoon it writes the meeting decisions back to Notion and closes the done subtasks in Linear. Your collaboration tools stop being 'places to check' and become 'colleagues that report'.
